Please review the return terms below before placing an order on Sandalique.

Returns

We accept returns only if the product meets the conditions listed below.

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The original box and packing must be intact
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Any item that shows signs of use will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to use or mishandling
  • Items returned without original packaging

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and share:

  • Your Order ID
  • The reason for return

We may ask for product images before approving the return.

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, you will need to send the product back to us.

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • If the wrong or defective item was sent by us, we will handle the return accordingly

Return Inspection

All returned items are checked once received.

If the product meets our return conditions, it will be approved.
If it does not, the item will be sent back to the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Returns are processed as store credit or exchange, depending on availability
  • Cash refunds are not offered unless clearly stated

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
