Return Policy
Exchange Policy:
At Sandalique, we offer a 15-day exchange-only policy. You have 15days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it unworn, unused, with tags intact
- In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, contact us at return@sandalique.com with your order details and reason for exchange.
Once your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Note: Please do not send items back without first contacting us they will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect and make a video of your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
We do not accept exchanges on:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
If you're unsure about an item's eligibility, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Store Credit:
If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit instead.
A store credit is a code issued by Sandalique that you can apply on your next purchase.
The code will carry a value equal to the returned item and can be used at checkout like a discount.
Note: We do not offer refunds. All accepted returns will result in either an exchange or store credit.
