Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Modification or Cancellation

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed, it cannot be modified.
Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be stopped, changed, or refunded.

2. Refusal at Delivery

If you refuse to accept your order at the time of delivery without prior approval for cancellation, it will be treated as a return-to-sender. Such refusals may affect your eligibility for future orders or discount offers.

3. Out-of-Stock or System Errors

In rare cases where an item is out of stock or unavailable after payment has been made, Sandalique reserves the right to cancel the order.
Customers will be notified promptly, and either a full refund or a replacement item will be offered.

4. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

5. Sandalique Rights

Sandalique reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Payment or transaction issues
  • Incomplete or invalid shipping details
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Unforeseen unavailability of the product
