Order Cancellation Policy

Before placing an order on Sandalique, please review the following cancellation terms carefully.

1. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be edited or modified.

An order can only be cancelled before dispatchAfter dispatch, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.

2. Refusal at Delivery

If an order is refused at the time of delivery without prior approval for cancellation, it will be treated as a return sent back to us.

Repeated refusal of orders may result in restricted ordering or removal from future discount eligibility.

3. Product Unavailability

In rare situations where an item becomes unavailable after payment due to stock mismatch or technical error, Sandalique may cancel the order.

In such cases, the customer will be informed, and a refund or replacement will be offered.

4. Prepaid Orders and Refunds

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds are issued only to the same payment method used at checkout.

5. Order Cancellation by Sandalique

Sandalique reserves the right to cancel an order if:

  • Payment cannot be verified
  • Shipping details are incomplete or incorrect
  • The order appears suspicious or fraudulent
  • The product is no longer available

6. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation before dispatch, contact us immediately with your Order ID and registered phone number.
