  • Orders are processed after confirmation and payment verification.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be confirmed through a call or message before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may not be shipped.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Delivery Coverage

Sandalique currently delivers orders across Pakistan through third-party courier services.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service delays
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations

These delays are outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Any additional charges imposed by courier services for remote areas are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or failed delivery attempts may require reshipping at the customer’s expense.

Delivery Attempts

Courier services usually make multiple delivery attempts.

If an order is returned to us due to repeated failed attempts or refusal at delivery, it may be treated according to our return and cancellation policies.

Damaged Packages

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to report it immediately and contact us with details.

Claims reported after delivery may not be accepted.
