4. Returns and Refunds

Used or worn footwear is not eligible for return or exchange.

If a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is received, the customer must contact Sandalique within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear images for verification.

Approved cases are handled according to the Return Policy.

To maintain product condition, avoid contact with water, chemicals, and rough surfaces. Store footwear in a dry place when not in use.

Damage caused by improper use or care is not covered.
